Welcome to MantasticMan. My name is Nirvair. I am an ISSA certified “Elite Trainer” with multiple golf coaching certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute. At 17, my footballing prowess earned me the largest financial sponsorship Nike Inc. has given a non-professional athlete from India, beating out thousands of other competitors. Along with that, I have played professional-level Golf and Football across 3 continents. It is my passion to help people become the best version of themselves in their personal and professional lives. Another passion of mine is learning about the most cutting edge research in human sociology, as well as biomechanical and cognitive function of the human body. I started off by using these interests and passions to help myself and those close to me. The overwhelming feedback and results propelled me to start MantasticMan, so I could share this with all of you.

“Why MantasticMan?” you might ask. When I was a young boy, I often saw a TV commercial with a suave, sinewy, dashing and clearly successful man whose mission it was to help the viewer become a “mantastic man”. The name has stuck with me ever since.

Here at MantasticMan, my goal is to help men and women of all ages improve their physical & mental health, as well as their fashion and grooming to aid in presenting the best version of themselves to face the challenges of the modern world. Although this effort is primarily geared towards helping men embrace their masculinity in a positive way, it also offers plenty of valuable information and tools to assist women in their lives as well. This website is meant to be your resource for information and services to begin your journey towards self improvement.
